SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Methods

• In-store pickup at any of our locations.
• Delivery via third-party logistics partners.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Ho Chi Minh City: 2–3 business days (excluding public holidays)
• Other provinces: 3–5 business days (excluding public holidays)

Delays may occur in the following circumstances:

• We are unable to reach the customer by phone.
• The shipping address provided is inaccurate or difficult to locate.
• A sudden surge in order volume slows down processing.
• Delays from suppliers or logistics partners.

3. Geographic Coverage

For bulk or wholesale orders from outside Ho Chi Minh City, shipping will be arranged through our logistics partners. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the carrier's rates or as mutually agreed upon in the contract between both parties.

4. Shipping Documentation

• The logistics provider is responsible for supplying all relevant shipping documents during the handover process.
• The carrier has the right and obligation to provide invoices to regulatory authorities upon request.
• All shipments are transported intact and in their original packaging.
• Every order label includes: recipient name, phone number, delivery address, and tracking number.
• A purchase invoice will be enclosed with every package for your reference.

5. Damaged Goods

Regardless of whether the order is shipped by us directly or through a third-party carrier, whenever.vn takes full responsibility for resolving any damage that occurs during transit.

Customers have the right to refuse delivery and request a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Any compensation claims against the carrier will be handled directly by whenever.vn on the customer's behalf.

Note: In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to cancel your order or continue waiting — the choice is yours.
