RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Size exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the purchase date shown on your receipt.
ONLINE ORDERS
Items must be returned to Whenever Atelier within:
- 3 days of delivery — for Ho Chi Minh City
- 7 days of delivery — for other provinces
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
Items must meet all of the following criteria:
- Original tags, packaging, and receipt intact
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains or unusual odors
- Not damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage
Accessories (socks, hats, belts, etc.) are not eligible for exchange. Whenever Atelier reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
EXCHANGE RULES
- Online orders: exchanges are accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage only.
- In-store orders: exchanges accepted for defects, shipping damage, or size change requests.
- Online orders also qualify for style or color exchanges.
- Applicable for purchases made via Whenever Atelier's Website, Instagram, and Facebook only.
- Items not purchased directly from Whenever Atelier are not eligible.
- Each item may only be exchanged once.
- Exchanges are only permitted for items of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer (at the price valid on the date of exchange).
- If the replacement item is of lower value, no refund will be issued for the difference.
- Promotional benefits (e.g. gift-with-purchase, additional invoice discounts) do not apply at the time of exchange.
- For orders placed during a gift-with-purchase promotion, only the paid item is eligible for exchange — gifted items are excluded.
- Please record a video of the full unboxing process upon receiving your order.
- Quantity complaints will only be accepted if supported by an unboxing video recorded while the security seal is still intact.
