PAYMENT POLICY

1. Online Payment

For orders placed through our website, customers are required to make payment in advance via bank transfer using the provided QR code.

After selecting the desired products and proceeding to checkout, customers can complete the payment as follows:

• Select Payment via QR Code Bank Transfer at checkout.
• Use your banking application to scan the QR code and transfer the exact amount of the order.
• Once the payment is successfully completed, our system will receive and confirm your order.
• The order will then be processed and delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Please note: Online orders will only be confirmed after the payment has been successfully received and verified. Customers are advised to carefully check the payment amount and transaction details before completing the transfer.

2. In-Store Payment

For customers purchasing products directly at our store, we accept three payment methods:

• Cash: Payment can be made directly at the cashier.
• Bank Transfer: Payment can be made via bank transfer or by scanning the QR code available at the store.
• Bank Card: Payment can be made by card using our POS payment terminal.

Customers may choose the payment method that is most convenient for them. After completing the payment, please check your products and receipt details before finalizing the transaction.
