ORDER INSPECTION POLICY
1. Definition
Order inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the items received in your whenever.vn package against the products listed in your original order.
2. When to Inspect
- whenever.vn allows customers to inspect their order together with the delivery staff at the time of delivery, or within 30 minutes of receiving the package.
- If an issue is discovered after the delivery staff has left, please contact our Customer Care team for return or exchange support.
Note: We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package, which can be used as reference if any dispute arises.
3. Inspection Scope
Customers may verify the quantity and details of received items against the confirmed order, based on the following criteria:
- Basic product attributes — item name, quantity, and customer information on order documents.
- Product appearance — as shown in the product images saved at the time of order confirmation.
- Do not remove or break any sealed stickers or security seals on product packaging.
- Do not scratch off reward codes or gift redemption codes.
Please refrain from opening or using any items while an inspection issue is still being resolved with us.
4. Steps to Take if Items Are Incorrect
- If the received items do not match your order during joint inspection, please contact our hotline immediately to reach the Customer Care team for order verification.
- If the order was packed incorrectly, you have the right to refuse delivery and withhold payment.
- If payment has already been made, you may request a replacement order or a full refund. whenever.vn will process your refund as soon as possible.
